About

The path to taking back the House in 2024 runs through these 18 districts. And that work starts right now.

Last November, Republicans took control of the House of Representatives and currently hold a narrow 10-seat margin. 18 of the races that they won were in districts that President Biden carried in 2020. For the most part, these 18 Republicans ran as moderates — claiming they were interested in bipartisanship and delivering for voters. They knew it was the only way they’d win in their otherwise Democratically-leaning districts.

We know they’re anything but. They’ve stood by as Kevin McCarthy cut deals with extremists. They’ve empowered Marjorie Taylor Green and her MAGA allies. They’ve attacked abortion rights and threatened essential programs like Social Security and Medicare.

Despite everything they want you to believe, they don’t represent their districts. They represent a MAGA minority in Congress that threatens our democracy as we know it. They are the Unrepresentatives.

With Indivisible groups and activists in each of these 18 districts across the country, Indivisible is uniquely equipped to pressure these 18 Republicans to break with their party over the next two years, hold them accountable when they side with the MAGA minority, and make sure as many voters in the district know about every single instance they work in lockstep with people like Lauren Boebert and Marjorie Taylor Green.

“To the president and House Democratic leaders, [the Unrepresentatives] are the path back to the majority in 2024, and maybe even to some actual governing in between. Democrats are already making plans to pressure these Republicans to break with their party – and let their Biden-supporting voters back home know about it if and when they don’t.”

About Indivisible

Action by action, day by day, group by group, Indivisibles are remaking our democracy.

Brought together by a practical guide to resist the Trump agenda, Indivisible is a movement of thousands of group leaders and more than a million members taking regular, iterative, and increasingly complex actions to resist the GOPs agenda, elect local champions, and fight for progressive policies.

They make calls. They show up. They speak with their neighbors. They organize. And through that work, they’ve built hundreds of mini-movements in support of their local values. And now, after practice, training, and repetition, they’ve built lasting power on their home turf and a massive, collective political muscle ready to be exercised each and every day in every corner of the country.
